Tim Tusa has been living in the Pacific Beach and La Jolla area of San Diego for almost 15 years after graduating from college. He attended Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado where he received a bachelors degree from the school of business with a concentration in marketing.
After moving to San Diego to chase the surf, he put his business/marketing degree to work with his first business in the newly deregulated Telecommunications Industry. He enjoyed great success in this industry for many years where he perfected various marketing, advertising, and sales strategies. Ready for the next challenge, he left this industry in 2001 to start a career in real estate.
Since then Tim has worked as a licensed real estate agent in the San Diego beach areas with Point Loma based Coldwell Banker and Coronado Island based Lyons Realty. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the San Diego Association of Realtors. He now hangs his license with American Dream Homes where he continues to focus on the San Diego beach real estate market...
